Lindsey Eger Armstrong is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in executive support, event planning, and community engagement. With a proven ability to manage complex projects and foster meaningful relationships, she brings a collaborative spirit and sharp organizational skills to every initiative.

Lindsey currently serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO at VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s largest independent provider of hospice and palliative care, where she manages high-level communications, coordinates cross-functional priorities, and supports mission-driven leadership.

Based in Covington, Kentucky, Lindsey enjoys cheering on Cincinnati sports teams, catching live music, and traveling with her husband, Andy. She is passionate about supporting women and strengthening community connections through her work with the She+ Foundation Board.
