Vulva vs Vagina
(By Teens, for Teens)
In this video, SHE+ Explains the difference between the vulva, and the vagina - by teens, for teens. What most people point to and say “vagina” - that is your vulva. The vulva is the OUTSIDE PART. The whole thing. You know, the labia, clitoris, urethra, all of that. The Vagina is just the canal inside. The internal tunnel that leads to the cervix.

Vulva vs Vagina
(By Parents, for Parents)
In this video, the SHE+ Foundation explains the difference between the Vulva and the Vagina. The vulva includes everything external. The labia, the clitoris, the urethra, the vaginal opening. The vagina is the internal canal that leads to the cervix. Why does this matter? Accurate language helps kids understand their bodies, set boundaries, and speak up if something is wrong. It is a part of safety - and confidence.

Transgender Identity
(By Teens, For Teens)
In this video, the SHE+ Foundation explains transgender identity - by teens, for teens. Being trans isn’t about “pretending” or “a phase.” It’s about discovering and expressing your real self. And that can look different for every person. Some trans people choose to change their name or pronouns. Some might take hormones or have surgery, and some don’t — and all of that is okay. It’s not one-size-fits-all. The most important thing? Respect. Use someone’s chosen name and pronouns. Listen when they talk about their identity. You don’t have to “get” every part of it — you just have to care. If you’re figuring out your own gender identity, you’re not alone. And if a friend comes out to you, just be kind. That’s what really matters.

Transgender Identity
(By Parents, for Parents)
In this video, SHE+ Explains Transgender Identity - by and for parents. The most powerful support a parent can offer is to listen, ask questions with an open mind, and affirm their child’s identity. Research consistently shows that parental support dramatically improves mental health outcomes for trans youth. This isn’t about rushing or labeling — it’s about belonging. Kids who feel seen at home are far more likely to thrive.
